Our Story

My daughter and I live in Brisbane, Australia, while her "Gaga" (my Mum) lives far away in Scotland (my hometown).

Since my daughter was born in 2022, the long distance has been difficult on our whole family. But we do our best to make sure she grows up knowing her grandparents and extended family across the world.

One day Gaga was looking for a gift to strengthen her bond with her granddaughter but she could not find what she was looking for.

And that's how "Children's Books To Bond Over" was born!

We take great pride and care in creating an engaging way to introduce your child to the culture and traditions that are a part of their heritage, and to inspire curiosity and a desire to connect with loved ones who live far away. 

Our wish is that you and your family can feel closer together through the magic of books and bring new meaning to the word "home".
